Processing Most items are made to order. Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days, and you'll receive tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
US shipping We ship across the United States via USPS. Orders under $45 ship for a flat $5 (USPS Ground Advantage, typically 3–5 business days after dispatch). Shipping is free on US orders of $45 or more (after discounts, before tax). Local pickup is available in Greenville, SC.
International shipping Yes — we ship worldwide. International shipping is calculated live at checkout via USPS or DHL based on your destination, so you'll always see the exact cost before you pay. There is no free international shipping. Any customs duties or import taxes are set by your destination country and are the buyer's responsibility; depending on your location they may be collected at checkout or due on delivery.
Delivery estimates Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once a package is accepted by the carrier, delays due to weather, customs, routing, or other postal issues are outside our control — but if anything seems off, reach out and we'll help however we can.
