Free shipping on US orders $45 and up. Orders under $45 ship for a flat $5 via USPS Ground. Local pickup is available in Greenville, SC. (Free shipping applies to US orders only.)

Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping is calculated live at checkout via USPS or DHL based on your destination, so you'll always see the exact cost before you pay — no free international shipping, but no surprises either. Any customs duties or import taxes are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility; depending on your location they may be collected at checkout or due on delivery.

Returns accepted within 14 days in unused condition. Buyer covers return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Something arrived damaged or not as ordered? Reach out within 7 days with a photo and I'll make it right with a free replacement or refund.

Custom and personalized pieces are generally final sale, but I'll always fix a genuine quality issue.
