Most items are made to order and ship within 2–5 business days. You'll get tracking when it's on the way.

Free US shipping on orders $45+. A flat rate applies under that. Local pickup is available in Greenville, SC. International may be possible — ask.

Returns accepted within 14 days in unused condition. Buyer covers return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Something arrived damaged or not as ordered? Reach out within 7 days with a photo and I'll make it right with a free replacement or refund.

Custom and personalized pieces are generally final sale, but I'll always fix a genuine quality issue.
